Because Dear Mom is a digital product, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 7-day soft refund window for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. After 7 days, refunds are not available.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date. To qualify:
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
One-time purchases (Lifetime Access, Everything Bundle, Voice Recording, AI Interview Mode, Book Export, Custom Covers, Dear Dad) are eligible for the 7-day soft refund window described above.
After 7 days, one-time purchases are non-refundable because they grant permanent access to digital content that cannot be returned.
For recurring subscriptions (such as Daily Letters at $4.99/week or Legacy Vault at $19/year):

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at support@writelettersnow.com. We are almost always able to resolve issues directly and much faster than the chargeback process.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
