Dear Mom offers both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments.
Because Dear Mom is a digital product, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 7-day soft refund window for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details.
You retain full ownership of any content you create, upload, or store in the Service, including written stories, voice recordings, and photographs ("User Content").
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will never sell, share, or publicly display your personal stories without your explicit consent.

All content provided by Dear Mom — including prompts, design, branding, code, and compiled materials — is owned by Maxout Marketing LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
We use third-party services including Dodo Payments (MoR payment processor), Supabase (data storage), and Netlify (hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We recommend that you keep your own backups of important content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxout Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@writelettersnow.com.
